GPS Device
The GPS Device allows you to scout an enemy base by entering a player's name. To attack a player without a GPS Device, you must see their name in chat, in your combat log or your Clan's combat log, or in the random listing of player's offered when you select the Players tab on your Map.
The GPS Device can be purchased from the In-Game Item Shop for 1 Rivet, or won in the Scrounge-O-Mat.
